Cancellation Policy
Upon making an appointment a non-refunadable deposit must be paid, which goes toward the cost of your appointment. As mentioned in our deposit policy (more info on our main website), appointments can be rescheduled once after the initial deposit payment. If rescheduled another time after that, your deposit will be forfeit & you will be required to pay another when you book again.
We have a 10 minute grace period for our clients. If you are over 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled & deemed a no show. Your deposit will then be forfeit.
We understand that sometimes things come up, but please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Last minute cancellations will be considered a no show.
2 consecutive no shows will result in a block/ban from the booking site.
